Toroidal transformer - Valve amplifier
We currently produce many custom designed PSU (power supply
unit) transformers for valve (tube) amplifiers. Each transformer has
a black polyester film finish with a 75% full potted centre and a
central hole for mounting.

Valve PSU Transformers
The following are a selection of toroidal ultra-linear push-pull valve
output transformers each featuring:-extremely high open circuit
inductance due to the absence of an air gap in the core.We design
with at least seven sections of interleaved windings to achieve low
leakage inductance, giving a high frequency response in excess of
30kHz -1dB (typically between 45kHz & 150kHz -1 dB). A black
polyester film finish with a 90% full potted centre and a central
hole for mounting.
